WQ HealthPathways – Draft Pathways for Review

Draft pathways are now available for comment and feedback.  These can be found on the draft WQ HealthPathways site which can be accessed through the link below. 
(Please note that the draft site is only for reviewing pages being prepared – use the live WQ HealthPathways site for all normal use).

Advisory service for high risk feet for North West providers

NWHHS has commenced a High Risk Foot eConsult Service.  Non-urgent clinical advice is available for health professionals from any health facility wiithin the NWHHS catchment who are currently caring for patients living in the region with high risk foot problems.

COVID-19 AEFI Templates for GP Software

General Practitioners using Best Practice or Medical Director software can complete an COVID-19 Vaccination AEFI directly through their software and submit it to Queensland Health (via Medical Objects).  A PDF form is also available for practices or health professionals not using this software.  Links to templates and forms are available on the COVID-19 Vaccination pathway.
Patients can self-report adverse events to the TGA via an Adverse Event Reporting portal.

QScript – A Reminder for Health Professionals

QScript – A Reminder for Health Professionals
From 28 October, prescribers and pharmacists are required to check a patient’s prescription history on QScript before prescribing, administering and dispensing any monitored medicines. 
A series of webinars on clinical topics and use of QScript, as well as eLearning modules and resources, is available.
