Welcome and enjoy your first edition!

Western Queensland PHN's (WQPHN) vision is to have a "comprehensive and integrated primary health care system that delivers better health outcomes for the people of remote Western Queensland".

Nurses, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners and  Aboriginal health workers  in Primary Healthcare will play an important role in the delivery of this healthcare system.

In acknowledgement, WQPHN recognises these roles and aims to support the providers by offering education and up to date resources and information.
