May Flowers – Bloom Where You’re Planted

Our month started out with our monthly Sunday Funday!  We went to Willow Park Baptist Church’s Women’s conference, Grace and Glory.  We were able to sell some of our plaques and our ladies were “filled up” there as well.
Christ Chapel West had a service day for Sanctified Hope.  A group of 21 people came and mowed, washed windows and organized clothing!   What a blessing!!  Thank you, Christ Chapel!   If your small group or organization would like to do a project at Sanctified Hope, please give us a call, 817-901-5446 or email us at sharon@sanctifiedhope.org.
Our volunteer, Melissa Longworth, comes every Wednesday evening to facilitate Celebrate Recovery.  Celebrate Recovery is open to all of Parker County women.  Our class is on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. If you have any hurts, hang-ups or habits and would like to attend, please call the office for more information, 817-901-5446.
We currently have 5 women. Our newest lady came on the last day of the month.  We are so glad to have Raechell join our Sanctified Hope family.
Something new that you will have the opportunity each month is to view a video of a participant. This month will be Kelly.  She will be sharing what is going on with her and how Sanctified Hope has helped her during her journey
Kelly's Testimony Video
We celebrated Kasey’s birthday and her children were able to join us for that special celebration.  The ladies also went to Sharon’s for a Memorial Day Fish Fry.  It’s always fun to fellowship and let their hair down outside of Sanctified Hope.

A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

May has been a wonderful month for our ladies.  We have a group of women that have bonded and are growing in the Lord.  They are literally blooming where they are planted.

All the women that we have right now (except Raechell) are either going to school and/or working.  Their lives are busy but blessed.  Some are volunteering for different organizations in the area as well.  I love it when they have the desire to give back.

In the next few months, we expect to have 7 new women coming!  We will be busting at the seams.  That is the exact reason that we are in the planning stages of constructing an additional building on our property.  The “planting” of the new building will house our offices, a huge classroom, a multi-purpose room to do our exercising and crafts that we sell at craft fairs, and a much-needed storage room.  It will also be where we will hold our Celebrate Recovery class that will be open to both men and women.  It will free up the duplex that we use to office out of to hold 4 more women.  Sanctified Hope is kicking off our Capital Campaign to raise $200,000 for our new Educational Building!  If you, the organization or business that you work for, or your church would like to walk-along side us in this venture we have different ways that you can do that.  First and foremost, we covet your prayers for this project.  Please be praying that all is done in God’s timing and we do not go before Him in any way.  Also that He is glorified through the entire process.

A tangible way of helping is financial giving.  If you would like to donate $250-$5000, you may purchase a brick that will cover our front porch.  It will have your name and in honor or in memory of (name), along with a star to indicate the level of the giving.1 star for $250-$750.  2 stars for $751-$1500. 3 stars for $1501-$3000 and 4 stars for $3001-$5000.  If you would like to contribute to a room inside the building, with a plaque in honor or in memory, the donation amounts are $10,000, $12,500 and $15,000. All these donations will go directly to the building or furniture in it.  We are so excited to start this next step in our Sanctified Hope Journey!  We pray that you are as well!  If you are a donor, you will be recognized at our groundbreaking ceremony as well as in our newsletter.

We also covet your prayers for this project.  Please be praying that all is done in God’s timing and we do not go before Him in any way.

God Bless!
Sharon
