Oh how blessed we are at Sanctified Hope!  We started out the month in high gear with graduation at Center of Hope.  Jessica graduated from the Jobs for Life program.  Jobs for Life is a biblically based curriculum that takes students on a journey to discover who they are and what principles they need, to overcome roadblocks in their life. This class also equips students with core work readiness skills such as developing a vocational plan, building a resume, and much more.  Sanctified Hope and Center of Hope partner together.  Center of Hope has many classes and other opportunities for our women.  Thank you Center of Hope!
Sanctified Hope went to the Trinity Christian Academy Craft Fair!  What an opportunity to meet new people and sell our new “signature” item that the ladies at our home make themselves.  If you are interested in purchasing one (or more) of our Verse of the Week plaques, please go to our website.  Click on “Our Store” and purchase.  You can also call us to order.  Thank you TCA!
Each month, on the first Sunday of the month, is our “Sunday Funday”.  Most of the time we have a ministry, or an individual come out to give their testimony and then have a fellowship meal.  November we changed things up a bit.  We decided to have a Sanctified Hope family day.  This is where any staff and the ladies at Sanctified Hope get together after lunch for a fun, relaxing day.  November’s Sunday Funday consisted of playing board games and celebrating Jessica’s birthday!  We had so much fun!!  Thank you God for wonderful friends and family that we can have fun with.
Our friends at the Weatherford Ag Extension came out to visit us.  They brought us a bountiful supply of toilet paper and paper towels!!  We showed them around, they met some of our ladies and then they prayed with us.  We love showing new friends around our home.  Anytime you would like to come for a visit, just give our office a call and we will set up an appointment.  Thank you Parker County Ag Extension Office!!
Sharon, Janet, Melanie and Lisa, along with two of our participants, Jessica and Deana, had the opportunity to go to the Trinity Bible Lady’s Retreat, Filled.  We had a wonderful time of learning, growing and fellowship.  Trinity Bible sponsored our participants.  Thank you so much for that blessing Trinity Bible Church!
The month of November ended with a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.  While the Ag Extension group was here, a lady, who is also with the 4-H, Kathy Smith, offered to bring a Thanksgiving Dinner for our ladies.  WOW!  What a gift of love!  The ladies were able to invite their families and enjoy the day, not worrying about cooking or where the money was coming from to buy the extra food.  GOD IS SO GOOD!!!  Thank you Parker County 4-H and Kathy Smith for your servant’s hearts!

As this month winds down, I look back and see all that God has done in the lives of the ladies at Sanctified Hope.  It is a blessing for me to be able to be a part of all the wonderful blessings God bestows on them.

I personally see the gratitude that each of them have.  Not just for the “things” that are given, but the manner in which it is done.  The love and respect that is shown toward them is priceless.
Thank you supporters of Sanctified Hope, for giving of yourselves, for showing God’s love and for being a bountiful blessing to us!

God Bless!

How can you be a blessing to Sanctified Hope?

We need tampons.  They are very expensive and are a part of life for these women.
