In order to keep everyone safe this year the board had to think outside the box and be creative with our shopping spree. The club will be providing the women and children at Transformation Village a Chick Fil A Lunch on December 5th. We will also give each child an amount to spend on Amazon. They will put their item on a wish list and then our club will order all of the gifts in time to arrive by Christmas. Thanks to our newest member, Beverly, for helping to coordinate this with the kids and moms at Transformation Village.

We're going to sort and deliver books to help United Way with their holiday book drive. Barnes and Noble will be collecting books that people purchase to give, then we will collect, sort and deliver to the schools and other agencies. We hope to have a date for a socially distanced "sorting party" soon, or will let you know when you can pick up some boxes to sort.

Our race is now postponed until May 16, 2021. We have come to realize how difficult it is going to be to implement all of the COVID-19 safety measures that the Biltmore Estate and Buncombe County will require, while still providing an enjoyable experience to all of our runners. It is now really important to get sponsors for next year's race since this is our main fundraiser for our charities budget. Let Ashley or Elaine know if you know of any potential sponsors that we should approach. We have someone who will do it for you, or you can Click here to print a copy of our sponsorship packet to give someone.
