COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION EXCLUSIVES

Thank you to everyone for jumping on our subscriptions - we're finally able to offer subscribers exclusive coffees, only for you. The exclusive coffee will switch up every couple of months or so. Subscribe here

The coffee for this month is another great Colombian from Campesino, specifically from Carlos Suarez. If you've tried our Dom and Hiro lately, you're already familiar with their terroir driven coffees. Campesino also set-up a coffee shop in Jerico in 2016, providing a new option for the farmers to sell their coffee at a higher price and also forming a personal relationship with them.

About the coffee: Carlos' coffee is super fruity and delicate for a Colombian coffee, big notes of passion fruit come through on this coffee. His farm is at 1850m above sea level, with two varietals, dos mil and castillo. A 36 hour fermentation brings our a lot of the more nuanced notes of the coffee and terroir.

I've been impressed with all their coffees and Campesino will most likely be a regular on the Modus menu yearly.
