We Are Recruiting

We are currently recruiting for two Junior Property Managers based in London, a Project Assistant to assist our programme team in London, and a new Relationship Manager for Essex. Visit our vacancies page for more details on all three roles.

Open School East Associates Programme

Open School East is seeking applications from emerging artists, makers, producers, researchers and writers of all generations to join next year's development programme. Applications end on 4 January, more information here.

Tulsa Artist Fellowship

The Tulsa Artist Fellowship awards independent arts practitioners with a $40,000 stipend over two years, subsidised studio, housing, and other types of support, in Oklahoma’s Green Country. Apply by 15 January, more information here.

Photoworks × English Heritage

Pixelache Helsinki 2021 Festival

Pixelache is welcoming audio based contributions for its festival in Helsinki in June. Submissions accepted by 31 January, more information here.

New Contemporaries

News From Our Artists

The painting 'Pink Bathroom' by Uzma Sultan, from Limehouse Studios, has been selected for this years ING Discerning Eye Exhibition, on view here until tomorrow.

Julie Goldsmith from Maxilla Walk Studios is exhibiting the painting ‘Ghost Baby Shelley’ in The House of Smalls' inaugural exhibition. View it here until 4 January.

The Hadleigh & Thundersley Community Archive operates from our Hadleigh Old Fire Station Studios in Essex, view their outreach books listed on their website here.
