Keep Loveland Beautiful


Loveland's Annual Cleanup Day has been scheduled for Saturday, April 29, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Little Miami, Inc. Scenic River & Trail Center, 211 Railroad Avenue, next to Nisbet Park in historic downtown Loveland.  All members of the community are welcomed and encouraged to volunteer their time to help clean up our community.  Supplies, drinks, and a limited supply of t-shirts will be provided.  Members of the Loveland Tree and Environment Committee will be organizing the cleanup.

Earth Day


The Loveland Sustainability Council and the City of Loveland has organized a Earth Day Expo on April 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jackson Street Market.  The event will include a scavenger hunt, raffles, and activities. 

Employment Opportunity


The City of Loveland has begun the process of hiring a new police officer.  Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and OPOTA Certification at the time of appointment.  Applications are available at the Loveland Safety Center, 126 S. Lebanon Road, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the City's website.  Completed applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19.  Visit www.lovelandoh.gov/employment or call 513-583-3000 for more information.  The City of Loveland is an equal opportunity employer.

Spring Brush Collection Schedule


The 2017 spring brush collection program is wrapping up.  Those with a Friday trash pickup should place their brush at the curb no later than Sunday, April 9

To view the guidelines established for the brush pick-up program, click here.  Any material not meeting these requirements cannot be collected and will be left at the curb.

Wood chips will be available again this year at the Public Works Department, 10980 Loveland-Madeira Road. Anyone in the City who would like a full load of wood chips should call 513-707-1439.

Outside of the regular pick-up schedule, residents are encouraged to come to City Hall to get a free voucher to drop off any yard waste at Evans Landscaping.
