Here is our latest update on our golf course as the world continues to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Spring has been very slow in arriving this year. This may be a blessing as it has been easier to abide by the guidance to self-isolate and stay home.
The Ontario government has extended the state of emergency until May 12 so the course, including the driving range, will remain closed while this guidance is in effect.  As a result, we have made the decision to further delay payment of membership fees until at least May 12. Mike and Jim have started back to work, and additional work is underway to complete the irrigation system upgrade.

There does seem to be some light at the end of the tunnel with golf courses opening in BC, this week’s announced plans to re-open courses in New Brunswick, PEI and Saskatchewan, and Ontario’s initial roadmap for re-opening the economy. With that in mind, Mike has developed a set of Covid-19 Operational Rules to help guide play when we do re-open, which we will send out and post at the club before opening day.

For now, please help us abide by the government directives to keep all recreational facilities closed and continue personal distancing by staying off the course and driving range. Our number one priority continues to be the safety, health and well-being of our employees, guests/members and our community.
We will continue to provide additional updates in the coming weeks.
Please contact Mike Gascho if you have any questions.

Thank you and stay safe!

The first step you can take to get back on the course is to update your existing Chronogolf account with your payment information and cell phone number. This will enable us to process secure payments as well as give you up-to-the-minute updates when you're out on the course. If you do not have an existing account, or are not sure either way, please call Mike before taking any steps, to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

You do not need to be a member at SPGC to have a Chronogolf account. If you haven't signed up already, please take this opportunity to do so.

We will be running all transactions through our Chronogolf system. Chronogolf uses Stripe as the secure payment processor, which will allow us to process all transactions while adhering to physical distancing protocols.

If you need any help at all, call the Pro Shop and Mike will be happy to walk you through it. 705-887-3144
