President's Message

Troy Talford Troy Talford, WAAE President
Agriculture & Natural Resources Instructor/FFA Advisor, Sauk Prairie Schools District

Communication must be HOT!!!  That's Honest, Open, and Two-way."  This is a quote by Dan Oswald, CEO of Business and Legal Resources, and I feel it speaks highly to what you, the members of WAAE are desiring from your Board of Directors. It is my privilege to reintroduce our WAAE newsletter.  Based on your feedback the board made it a goal to increase our communications among the membership, which includes student members, secondary and post-secondary instructors. I recognize as collegiate members and instructors we are busy on a daily basis, but it is my hope that you find our newsletter to be a quick, yet informative read.

In the future this newsletter will allow us as a board to communicate information to you in an honest and open fashion, but we also ask you as members of our association to share with us your thoughts on these topics. Please feel free to reach out to your sectional board member, any of the Presidents, or our Executive Director to let us know of topics you would like us to share with you in the future.
