In 2021, we continue our journey to connect people to create sustainable positive impact on people, society, and the environment. Even online there is nothing virtual about our networking, supported by our online community platform.
During the first two months of 2021 we welcomed a new Patron member: P3.
In addition, Crowdberry joined as a Corporate member, and the Foundation for Education and Entrepreneurship with their project Soutěž & Podnikej as an NGO member. Welcome to the Traders by Nature!
Creating sustainable positive impact is an agenda for all of us but even more so, for the leaders of tomorrow, the young professionals of today. We are currently setting up the NCCC Young Professionals Charter with the aim to create and provide a professional platform where organisations and young professionals can meet, connect, and share the latest knowledge, experience, and best practices.
On 11 February 2021, we had our second Creative Heroes Award Czech Republic jury meeting. More than 50 candidates have already been nominated in all award categories and, with a new event date of 21 October 2021, the nominating deadline has been extended until 31 July.

An NCCC Traders by Nature QuickStop event is an online event with a duration of 30 minutes.
The aim of a QuickStop event is to provide valuable content in a short period of time during a timeslot in the day when you are about to stop working anyway for lunch or a snack. Just before you have your lunch or your snack, you can consume half an hour of valuable content.
The format is easy: after a short introduction by the Director of the NCCC Traders by Nature, a business member of the NCCC will present a topic that relates to their business and could help other NCCC members in theirs, in approx. 20 minutes. The QuickStop event will be closed by a short Q&A.
Our first QuickStop event will be with Blake Wittman, European Business Director of GoodCall, Recruitment Academy, Datacruit and Binary, who will share his Recruitment Tips & Tricks during a pandemic with you.

Creativity, leadership, and collaboration are important ingredients of success. But how to learn to think like an entrepreneur? By testing your limiting beliefs, you can transform yourself into a true innovator. During this afternoon (3-4 hours) you will boost your innovative mindset, leadership capabilities and push your productivity.
You will look at business topics from different perspectives, shape your attitudes, find new solutions and create an action plan on how to copy/paste the principles into practical next steps for you.
You can purchase individual vouchers for selected people, for small groups or for a whole department.
Date and time will be determined once sufficient vouchers have been purchased and the epidemiological situation will allow it.

The NCCC Traders by Nature TIIM is a stage for our members to get acquainted with each other and share knowledge, experience, and best practices to innovate and have impact together.

ŠKODA Museum Conference Premises
The Czech Republic is the first country that adopts the prestigious international Creative Heroes Award, after its first two editions in The Netherlands.
The Creative Heroes Award focuses on the impact of creative thinking. It focuses on the person that leads the change, on the person that has the courage to stand up and challenge the current status quo.
During the Award ceremony on 21 October 2021, in five categories, the sustainable positive impact that has been, and will be realised, will be rewarded. Impact on a personal scale, on a small social structure (company, school, neighbourhood), on urban and national environments and even on a global level, will be celebrated and supported.

This Peer Learning Workshop that we organized for you with our member Hackerly was a great opportunity to upskill yourself by learning with/from other participants who shared their experience related to big changes they had to face in their (work) lives.
The Peer Learning Workshops are designed so that everyone engages in lively discussions. In small networking groups of 3-5 people, participants learn with/from each other through a micro-video, and use meaningful discussion, exercise and reflection to solve their relevant challenges.
