Denver Zine Library is seeking
kid-friendly zines!

Call for donations of kid-friendly zines to the Denver Zine Workshop special collection!

We use these zines in workshops showing kids as young as 1st grade how to make zines, and need more examples with kid-friendly content!

Please drop off or send zines to the Denver Zine Library and email lilykosmicki@gmail.com for more info or questions. 

 
How to become a Denver Zine Library Workshop Volunteer

Are you interested in becoming part of Denver Zine Library's Workshop volunteers, but aren't quite sure what that means or how to do it? Come shadow one of the workshop veterans at one of these upcoming events:
 

Friday, April 26, 2019 | 6pm-10pm
Denver Art Museum Untitled Final Fridays w/ Esther Hernandez
 
Audience: All ages (kids and adults)
Denver Zine Workshop will be helping with a zine making activity in the Denver Art Museum print studio.
 

Saturday, May 11, 2019 | 11am-2pm (set up at 10am)
Aurora Public Library Mini Comic Con 
Audience: 600 people of all ages expected in attendance!
Denver Zine Workshop will be running a table where attendees can make zines. 
 

Wednesday, August 7, 2019 | 2pm
Denver Public Library Montbello Branch Zine Workshop 
Audience: 20 kids K-5th grade
Denver Zine Workshop will be leading a workshop for school age kids.

Denver Zine Library's Hana Zittel will be be leading a Feminist Zine Workshop at Arthyve's Art and Feminism Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon on March 10.
