I am very excited about this week's menu. I'm anxiously waiting for Spring to hurry up and get here, so I decided to include my best spring-like recipes on this menu. The cutoff to order your meals is Friday at 2pm EST. Don't forget to confirm your order by replying to this e-mail or e-mailing us at naturallyvero@gmail.com with your package and pickup preference.

*Deliveries to the downtown core are on Sunday evenings and to Kanata region on Monday mornings. $5 delivery charge applies for deliveries

*Pickups on Sunday afternoons – located off Main Street downtown Ottawa.
