Current Progress: We closed this past month on the debt and equity, and are now preparing to break ground. This industrial project is located 13 miles from Downtown Nashville with close proximity to the interstate.

.91 Acre Parcel located at 629-635 7th Ave. South

Current Progress: We are finalizing construction documents in preparation for breaking ground on this mixed-use development in an up and coming neighborhood. 

Callis Road Industrial
32.76 Acre parcel located at HWY 109 and Callis Road, Lebanon, TN

This project is located 25 miles east of Downtown Nashville with proximity to other industrial parks.
Current Progress:  We have closed our equity and debt financing. Construction has since been underway.

Current Progress: Illume was delivered to the market at the end of 2019. The project is fully sold to a return of a 78% IRR.
