2020 Masterclass
Thank you to everyone for being a part
ATC provides a platform to accelerate Australia's economic recovery

The current business climate and global pandemic is creating both challenges and opportunities for the Australian economy.  Our success in reshaping our economy will rely heavily on innovators and game changers across Australian developing and commercialising solutions with commercial appeal on a global scale.

Last week we worked with an impressive set of such companies through the course of our intensive (and virtual for the first time) ATC Growth Masterclass over eight days.  The future is in good hands!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the contributions of the 53 very experienced panellists and facilitators who contributed to the success of the Masterclass, rated over 9/10 by participants for the second year running.  Also of our hard working Marketing Manager Rochelle Lewis and our Digital Partner Tata Consultancy Services, without whom it wouldn't have happened!

The final phase of the Competition (national finals and awards ceremony) is in Melbourne on 20 October, thanks to our hosts and State sponsors: the Victorian Government's Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.  We also greatly appreciate the support and sponsorship of the national awards by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources and Industry Growth Centres.

Depending upon the COVID situation in Melbourne, the finals and awards ceremony will either be fully virtual or a combination of virtual and a physical for Victorian based attendees.  In either case, please keep the diary free as it will be a grand event that has already created international interest.

In the meantime, keep your ear to the ground for when news of this year's Finalists will be named on 25 September 2020.  Thank you again to all of our supporters, sponsors, mentors, judges and friends of the ecosystem.

Best regards,

Pat Mooney, ITV Chairman
(ATC Organiser)
