Mission Accomplished
For many of us in Richmond, we’ll think back on January 2016 and remember the incredible snow storm that struck central Virginia. Schools were out for a week, businesses closed, and all of the bread and milk vanished from the shelves of the grocery store. But, for Nancy and Basye Gillions, the snowstorm of 2016 marks a milestone in their lives, the arrival of their baby boy, Basye, Jr.

Superheroes in Action
Since 1979, sisters of Alpha Delta Pi sorority across the United States and Canada have supported Ronald McDonald House Charities as their national philanthropy. In their 37 years of partnership, ADPi sisters have raised over 10 million dollars for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Here in Richmond, we are so grateful to have the support of the Epsilon Chi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at Longwood University. The sisters make monthly visits to our Ronald McDonald House to volunteer.

Community Spotlight

We are pleased to announce the grand opening of the Ronald McDonald House Sibling Center at the new Children's Pavilion at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU (ChoR). While patients receive special attention for their health care needs during an appointment, siblings will also enjoy special attention from trained volunteers in the Ronald McDonald House Sibling Center.
