Farmers Protest Proposed EU Law on Olive Oil Labeling

At the center of protest is the EU law 2015 that provides for the elimination of the 18 months of shelf life limit on the label of extra virgin olive oil and indications of the origin.

Honey Ginger Chicken with a Twist

A favorite in our house ~ the flavor is superb! We LOVE this recipe and make it frequently.  We like to make enough to use the delicious chicken for salad and meals throughout the week.

Ingredients:

  • Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Sea Salt, Pepper

Directions:

Dump all ingredients into a zip lock bag with chicken and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Depending on the amount of chicken, you will need to be sure the chicken is well-coated. Try to flip the zip lock bag over once halfway during refrigeration.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and drizzle remaining marinade on top of the chicken. Turn on broiler for additional few minutes to finish.
