Honey Ginger Chicken with a Twist
A favorite in our house ~ the flavor is superb! We LOVE this recipe and make it frequently. We like to make enough to use the delicious chicken for salad and meals throughout the week.
- Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
- Fresh Garlic
- Sea Salt, Pepper
Dump all ingredients into a zip lock bag with chicken and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Depending on the amount of chicken, you will need to be sure the chicken is well-coated. Try to flip the zip lock bag over once halfway during refrigeration.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and drizzle remaining marinade on top of the chicken. Turn on broiler for additional few minutes to finish.
