Featured Product and Recipe

Tahitian Vanilla
Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Sultry, fragrant Tahitian vanilla beans are married with our barrel-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. The resulting collaboration is as intoxicating, as it is exotic. Intense vanilla bean flavor, this balsamic is excellent for cakes, ice cream and heavy cream based dishes.  Try with fresh berries or drizzled over a warm brownie! It's also a wonderful complement to a savory pot roast or pork tenderloin.  Suggested EVOO pairings include, Blood Orange, Butter, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Chipotle, Eureka Lemon, Harissa, Herbs de Provence, Persian Lime, Tuscan Herb, Wild Mushroom & Sage.

Did You Know?

Olives are harvested once a year.  In the northern hemisphere, places like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, California and Tunisia, olives are harvested in October-November.

Due to the southern hemisphere having the exact opposite season, another olive harvest can be expected approximately six months later, from places like Chile, Australia, South America and Argentina.

This dual hemisphere approach allows us to have an ongoing supply of of the finest, freshest extra virgin olive oil available.

Our supplier contracts with farmers all over the world who are committed to meticulous care and strict adherence to the highest standards for olive oil, also known as the Ultra Premium designation.  For more information on this, please click here.

COMING SOON ~ Be on the lookout for our southern hemisphere EVOO! Experience the flavor at Saporito, where health and taste collide.
