This past weekend we both mourned the passing and celebrated the life, family, and achievements of

Dr. William T. Hardaker. As the Duke Orthopaedic Residency Program Director, Dr. Hardaker recruited and trained more than 250 orthopaedic residents. His unwavering dedication to the residency program earned him the endearing nickname, "The Rock." To read more about Dr. Hardaker's achievements, please visit The News & Observer and The Washington Post.
