June brings great weather (finally) and plans for summer vacation. And although we encourage everyone at Brewster Ambulance to take time off to enjoy their family and take a break, we are always on, always watching, always ready 24/7/365 for our customers.

Rockin' the X

This month we began our contract supporting events at the Xfinity Center, which has already presented new challenges. Countless times again and again, our team rises to any challenge and succeeds, admirably. Thank you to the team supporting the X!

Going Live with Taunton

At 6:00 PM on June 30, 2016, 911 systems switch over to Brewster for our new contract with the City of Taunton. We've spent the last two months getting ready to provide the City the level of quality and service we are known for. From outfitting our new ALS vehicles to road testing to working closely with City officials, fire and police, we are ready.

We worked closely with Taunton's current ambulance provider and put together a team that has a couple hundred years of combined experience and EMS seniority, giving us a seamless start to service. Thank you everyone for rolling up your sleeves to help prepare for service.

Brockton's Champion Plan

We are very proud to be part of the City of Brockton's Champion Plan. If you've not been following the incredible progress of this community outreach to support this important addiction recovery program, stay tuned. In July's issue of Brewster Insights, we will be talking more about what the City is doing and how Brewster is pivotal in helping the program remain a success.

Thank you for all that you do to support our communities and the safety of our first responders.
