|Dear <<First Name>>,
SAFETY CAN START WITH A SIMPLE THING
With the peak period starting in a couple of days and the increase d capacity, it is important that, outside of business hours, students can easily find assistance in this new part of the country they are visiting.
Using the back of the student card, your school can list all the recommended places and numbers students should use if they ever need assistance.
This feature is being used by a couple of our clients and we believe that it will greatly benefit your students and is a great way for a school to improve safety levels.
Please reply to this email to find out more about this feature.
Take some time out to cook healthy
Our friend Kate Elliott , a Bristol based nutritionist, shares a simple lunch idea.
Add the cooked vegetables to some cooked pearl barley and a tin of chickpeas.
- roasted sweet potato
- butternut squash
- red onion
- calero nevo and orange pepper in coconut oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh or dried oregano
You will get lots of vibrant colours full of nutrients, fibre and protein from the chickpeas and pearl barley.
Flavour it to your taste; you can add lemon, olive oil and tahini dressing too.
This will keep you going for ages!
