BUILDING CAPACITY TO WELCOME AND SERVE ALL
YEAR IN REVIEW: DIVERSITY, INCLUSION & ENGAGEMENT

"For all" is a simple but powerful phrase. Without it, our mission is incomplete. This is why ensuring that all segments of society can access the Y is an organizational priority - one that is jointly led by YMCA of the USA’s Diversity & Inclusion Department and International Group in collaboration with other Y-USA teams, local Ys and partners.

To that end, the organization has awarded more than three hundred and fifty grants totaling over $3 million to nonprofit organizations and local governments in all fifty states and the District of Columbia since its establishment in 1999.
