We're excited to share this month's community updates.

On December 3rd the top Realtors from Wesley Chapel safely gathered at the Epperson Lagoon for an opportunity to create a custom Epperson video for their personal marketing tool kit. From the script to the setting, Metro provided each Realtor in attendance with a finished 90-second sales video and images to help them promote new homes in addition to the incredible Lagoon lifestyle.

To recognize all their efforts in representing Epperson to their Clients they were presented with swag bags, gift cards and refreshments. Attendance was at capacity and feedback about the event and the community was outstanding. Plans are in place for more Realtor events and promotions in 2021. We look forward to sharing the details and seeing you at the events in the new year.

Metro Places recently hosted an online survey for Epperson homebuyers to help identify specific Epperson attributes driving the home purchase decision. We also asked questions to learn about factors influencing buyers’ decision to purchase a home, assess overall satisfaction with the buying experience and define key homebuyer demographics and characteristics.
Insights from research were shared during the December builder meeting and homebuyer verbatim responses have been sent to each builder team for review.

‘Tis the seaSUN for resident entertainment at the Lagoon. Neighbors from all corners of Epperson gathered together this month for a jam-packed schedule of holiday-themed events, fun and games. 

Santa skipped the snow this year and posed for pictures in front of our beautiful crystal blue backdrop, Kevin McCallister made his traditional appearance at Movie on the Lawn with free popcorn, $1 hotdogs and major happy hour specials, and NFL fans were on edge at all three Buccaneers Watch Parties as the Bucs worked to clinch a spot in the 2020 playoffs.
