Leaders Edge: How Clarifying Your

Purpose Changes Everything

Wednesday, April 12 | 7:30 - 9 a.m.
The Grand Resort | 9519 East Market Street, Warren

A recent white paper from the Harvard Business Review and EY demonstrated that companies that prioritized purpose were more profitable than those that didn’t. In addition to profitability, there are a myriad of reasons to identify your organizational purpose. So, what about your organization? What is the purpose of your business? Why does it exist? Would everyone in your organization give the same answer?

To address this critical need, High Performance instructor, Bill Cox, will present “How Clarifying Your Purpose Changes Everything” at this month’s meeting. You’ll learn the initial steps required for identifying purpose and practical methods to communicate purpose in a way that motivates and inspires everyone on your team.
