Fall is in the air!

From candy corn and football games to corn mazes & Trunk-or-Treats: Fall is finally here! We are praying that the Lord will use this new season in the life of our church to grow and cultivate our church fellowship, to deepen our relationships with our Savior who unites us together, and to remind us of the great harvest the Lord has given us on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

In this e-mail, we will be touching on some of the new and relaunching activities happening in our church family this fall, but for regular updates, check back often to our social media pages & website to stay In the Loop!

Don't miss one of our FAVORITE community events of the year:
Trunk-or-Treat on October 30th from 4:30-6:30PM!

This year, our annual community Fall outreach event will look a little different. We're hosting a Trunk-or-Treat (no festival component), so we're asking for everyone to serve by popping open their trunks and preparing to visit with our Gulf Coast Community!

If you can't host a trunk, we also encourage you to help by donating Halloween candy at all church entrances until the day of Trunk-or-Treat, praying for the event and all those serving, helping to set up/tear down, or RSVPing and inviting others using our Facebook event..

PACESETTERS LUNCHEON

On the second Wednesday of every month, we gather for a relaxing fellowship lunch and a monthly guest speaker with the 55+ working or retired crowd. The church provides the main dish; just bring your favorite covered dish (side or dessert) to share!

Join us for Pacesetters on October 12th & November 9th at 11:30am!

Help us deepen our community at First Baptist Gulfport with a
Fall Tailgate & Chili-Cook Off on November 6th, right after the worship service!

Bring your tents for shade, blankets and chairs for extra seating, and your BEST homemade chili for a little friendly competition! We'll also have food trucks and yard games set out all across the lawn. We can't wait for this fun time of fellowship with our church family!

Baskets of Love
Save the date for our Annual Baskets of Love Women's Event for the Homebound! Join the women of First Baptist Gulfport on Tuesday, November 15th at 6PM!

We will meet in the Atrium to serve the homebound as we pack Baskets of Love for them. For more information about the Women’s ministry, go to fbcgulfport.org/women.

Our "In the Loop" e-bulletin is our go-to way to keep our church body from getting out of the loop on what's happening in the life of our church! Each Sunday morning at 8AM, we will send out a Push Notification from our church app containing that week's edition, featuring a weekly calendar, important news, and events to mourn or celebrate together as a church family.

"In the Loop" will also be available to you throughout the week on our church app and on our church website.
