We are proud to announce a new partnership with University of California, Berkeley, in which, UoPeople’s top-performing, qualified Associate’s degree graduates will be considered for transfer admission to Berkeley’s Bachelor's degree programs. This collaboration, along with our other high profile partnership with NYU, that enables top-performing UoPeople students to transfer to NYU with a generous scholarship, reinforces the high level of our degrees, and is an excellent opportunity for our students to continue on to complete their bachelor degrees at two of the top universities worldwide.

Shortly following the launch of UoPeople’s MBA degree, we are thrilled to have launched our newest program offering Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Health Science. Leading figures are heading the program’s taskforce.

With our new partnership and two new degree programs, it is not surprising that UoPeople has received notable international media coverage as of late. Please find below some examples.

I hope you will enjoy reading the following. Thanks for all your support.

UoPeople is delighted to have entered into a new partnership with University of California, Berkeley.

“UC Berkeley welcomes the partnership with University of the People in considering highly qualified, top-performing UoPeople Associate’s degree graduates for transfer admission to complete a Bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley. As a fellow Californian university, UoPeople’s mission is closely aligned with the mission of Berkeley, to open the gates to a quality higher education to every deserving student – with priority given to residents of California.” said UC Berkeley Chancellor Nicholas Dirks.

In 2011, UoPeople formed its first academic partnership with New York University (NYU), to allow high performing students who have completed at least one year of studies at UoPeople, and who meet the standards of admission, to be eligible to apply for admission to NYU, with a generous scholarship.

UoPeople is also partnered with Yale Law School's Information Society Project (ISP) for research.

We are thrilled to have these academic collaborations as this kind of recognition is the ultimate endorsement of the value of UoPeople degrees and opens new doors of opportunity for our students.
