We love this planet and we love our own little corner of it most especially.
That's why each Earth Hour we make as nois as possible for action on climate change.

We couldn't think of a better way of making ourselves heard than to throw parties, host events and generally celebrate this amazing planet we call "home."

The celebrations begins: 8:30pm on 25 March 2017. What will you do?

An Taisce encourages everyone taking part in ‘#springclean17’ activities to tell everyone about it. Post photos using the #ProtectYourEnvironment and #springclean17 hashtags to your favourite social media platforms. You can tag the campaign on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using either the Facebook page An Taisce National Spring Clean Twitter handle @NationalSpringC, and on Instagram using the Campaign’s Instagram handle @nationalspringclean.

The National Spring Clean is also running a competition on Instagram for the month of April. To enter all you need to do is show us is how much you care about your environment by tagging us in beautiful pictures of your area with # ProtectYourEnvironment and also tag the National Spring Clean campaign’s Facebook page, which is National Spring Clean. The winner will be announced in May. The prize is a luxurious 5* weekend break with dinner for two in a Deluxe Guestroom at Donegal’s Solis Lough Eske Castle.
