Eugene Lee Yang Comes Out in Emotional Video

Eugene Lee Yang, who you might recognize from the TrevorLIVEstage in New York, came out as gay in a moving dance video. Eugene rose to fame with the Try Guys over at BuzzFeed, and since then has dedicated himself to supporting LGBTQ people everywhere, especially LGBTQ youth.

Eugene has already raised over $85,000 in support of our work with his video. We love you, Eugene!

Conversion Therapy in the National Spotlight Again

On the heels of Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (NY) unveiling her LGBTQ platform, fellow presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke announced Wednesday that his plan also includes protecting LGBTQ youth from the dangerous and discredited practice of conversion therapy.

Statements like O’Rourke’s and Gillibrand’s help bring national attention to the crucial issue of conversion therapy practiced by licensed professionals, which is still a threat to minors in 32 states.
