Good Morning,
Today the City Record published a proposal for rules regarding events occurring in Pedestrian Plazas.

The proposed plaza event rules are designed to maximize opportunities for the public to hold events in plazas while ensuring that the City has advance notice of all plaza events so that events may happen in an orderly fashion. These rules will also ensure that the plazas remain available for daily use and enjoyment by the public. Download the proposed plaza event rules as well as the plaza tiers list. These rules are also available on our website at
Our office will accept your comments on these rule changes until August 8th through the following mediums:
