How do we support our Summerfair mission?

On a cold, rainy night, our President, Jill Conway, VP of Membership, Kelly Reilman, VP of Awards, Donna Binzer and Jayne Utter, Managing Director attended the opening of the Golden Ticket event at Clifton Cultural Arts Center. It was great to see so much wonderful art coming from just a 25 mile range of CCAC.  

Clifton Cultural Arts Center is in the process of building a permanent home in the center of Clifton. This will allow them to continue their passion to bring young and old together to express and build their creative and artistic abilities. Summerfair is excited to help them make that happen. Stay tuned to see how we are making this happen for years to come!

Please continue to bring in your Summerfair name tags to store at the office. We are in the process of making sure all the name tags look the same and have an updated Summerfair logo strap.

Mark your calendar! The date & location for our Holiday Party has been set for Friday, December 10, 2021 in the Clubhouse at Jill Conway’s condo. Please respond to the Evite as soon as possible so we can make sure to have plenty of goodies!

Hey there, fellow Green Shirts!


I’m taking off my trustee hat and putting on my Green Shirt Shift Coordinator hat for this newsletter. 


I don’t know about you, but I can’t believe it’s November already. Thanksgiving and the December holidays will be behind us before we know it! That’s my cue to start updating the fair signup--changing dates, adjusting times, and adding and subtracting the number of Green Shirts needed in any one get the idea. 


If you have suggestions for anything related to the schedule, now is the time to make them. The board and division heads need time to discuss the suggestions, and it’s easier for me to implement changes early in the process. Please email me at or call me at 513-907-9585. Thanks!

This is the time before everything starts falling into place. So much is being prepared for our coming new year, which is quickly approaching. Zapplication is ready to open on December 1. The program for the Summerfair Select at the Weston Gallery is being created. Names of the students that will be in the Emerging Artists Exhibition are being revealed. And the bonbons have been ordered! 

See you at the Membership Meeting this coming Monday, November 15th. It's time to start firming up plans for our Fair upon the foundation your Executive Board has laid out. 

6 months, 3 weeks and 2 days is all we have until Summerfair 2022.
