We will be getting into the Halloween spirit with some half-term workshops, plus we will be at The 5th BIG Halloween event at St Cuthberts Hall.

FREE and Runs Throughout October

Whilst out and about in Bedford, Beda has managed to lose all his gold coins and needs your help to find them!
They are located somewhere within the central area of Bedford and you must solve the clues to track them down. There are 10 to collect.

The app is completely FREE to download and use. 
Not only that, as the coins are collected a new screen will open and you will find that there may be some fun, Did you know's about the location, or perhaps you can listen as a statue comes to life or maybe even try to solve a puzzle.

Watch the new film about Bedford - Bedford Stories - launched  at Bedford Library last week.
The film is a collaboration between ourselves, Love Bedford, Get Into Bed Ltd and the guys that made it all happen Future Legend Media.

Bedford's Lost King
FREE WORKSHOP - Tuesday 25th October - Bedford Central Library

Are you a history detective? Could you solve the mystery of Bedford`s lost King?
Join us for storytelling, illustrating and historical super-sleuthing!

Family Theatre At The Quarry

The John Bunyan Boat  

The Bedford Chronicle Boat Cruise which sailed during the Heritage Weekend proved to be an outstanding success. The boat was packed full of happy children who enjoyed taking part in the competitions and looking for the coins hidden alongside the river.  We are looking  forward to arranging another Chronicles Cruise for next year when the cruising season starts next Easter.
