What does leadership mean to you...

This week I explore the theme of leadership and what it means to be a leader in today's world.

Leadership is a broad and always evolving topic. It is a behaviour that is built over time and it has many lessons to teach, so I thought I would share a number of resources that not only look at leading in the workplace, but in life too.

First up I share the 5 books that have taught me valuable lessons on leadership, helped shaped my personal leadership style and continue to shape my thinking today.

Next up is a short daily thought on promoting facilitation between people and projects, not looking to command and control everything and everyone.

Last but most certainly not least, I share one of my favourite articles in the last week from Harvard Business Review on why the best leaders aren't afraid to ask for help.
