At Blue Thunder Technologies, the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community is always our first priority. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking steps to maintain the safety of our employees while ensuring we do all we can to keep supplies flowing to our customers. We will continue to operate during our normal business hours through this challenging period to provide you the products and knowledge you have come to expect from us.

Here are some of the proactive measures we are taking:

Working from Home

We want to do our part in the successful containment of this disease. Effective as of Monday, March 16, nearly all of our work-force will implement a work-at-home model. We are also taking steps to minimize business disruption and ensure our production, distribution, and customer service. Barring any mandatory government restrictions, our warehouses will remain open and ready to ship. Our team members are here to serve you, and we will do our best to keep you up-to-date on any exceptions, should they occur.

Inventory and Supply Chain Update

While this is the current status, we know that the situation is ever-changing. Certain items, face masks, garments & gloves, have experienced shortages and backorders, but we are monitoring the situation and working with our supply chain to make these products available as they become available to us. Wipes have been in high demand, and we continue to ship presaturated wipes w/ 70% IPA, dry wipes, and other specialty wipes. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

Staying Connected

We have temporarily limited all non-critical business travel and events for employees as a precautionary measure. Our phones remain open, and we are available via email to answer any questions from our customers, vendors and suppliers. We have also decided to limit visitors until further notice.

We will continue to watch the situation closely and adjust our internal polices to respond accordingly.

Our success is based on the success of our customers. We are dedicated to keeping the Blue Thunder resources strong and available to you. We are confident that by working together, we will continue to help you be successful for years to come.
