Hope interacts a lot with healthy living
I mean that to be realistically hopeful (or optimistic), I need to prioritize my physical activity, diet, and emotional health (health living). What do you think?

HEALTHY LIVING FOR THE VHL FAMILY *
Whether a patient, a caregiver, or a family member, there are many factors that affect one’s health. Some of these cannot control such as genetic makeup or age, while some lifestyle changes can be control. There are three factors that can be controlled and can impact one’s health status are:
- How much one moves (physical activity); What one eats (diet); and How one cares for their emotional health (coping and family and friends)
