Rise Feeling Solarized

Dear <<First Name>>,

I am keeping my letter to you this week a bit short in order to be sure it reaches you before the solar eclipse. If you just happen to live on the Eastern side of the USA or Canada or in the northern part of the Eastern hemisphere, you could be in for a treat in a few hours. In the early hours of the morning, the Sun will undergo an annular eclipse, better known as a "Ring of Fire" eclipse, which could be just the the thing to energize you in the early rising phase of Solar Cycle 25. In fact, as you look up at the morning Sun (safely with protective eye-wear, please!) let it warm your heart from the inside to know that activity, like the Sun itself, is indeed rising. Sunspots are more numerous, solar storms are more frequent, solar flares are more intense, and solar flux is climbing.

So as you watch the forecast this week, note how active our star is compared to a few months ago. No doubt you will see the difference. As for me, I will watch this eclipse (even though I'm not one of the lucky ones, who gets to see it in person) as the moment our Sun radiantly signaled the rise of Cycle 25 with a Ring of Fire. In the morning, just like the Sun, I too will rise feeling solarized.

Cheers,
Tamitha
