Want to cook along with Antonio? Here are the ingredients for Filipino Prawn Sinigang/Antonio's Immune Boosting Lemon Soup:
- 2 lbs of prawns (you may substitute with chicken or pork) depending on cooking for a single person or a family. For vegans, you can replace the above with portobello mushrooms
- 3 whole lemons
- 1 lb kale
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive or coconut oil
- Serve on cooked brown rice or quinoa
