Three years ago, we launched Oper8
as a lean start up, immersing ourselves in the market quickly and refining our value proposition in response to the needs of our customers. Over the last three years of business, both our customer base and service offerings have matured markedly, and our original brand was no longer an accurate reflection of either.
As an Oper8
customer or partner, we trust that you have come to expect a superior service from Oper8
. Our first objective for the rebrand was to create a new visual identity that successfully captured and communicated this quality of service.
The second objective was aligned to our core philosophy, and that is scalability. Our new brand needed to align more closely to our strategy of supporting three key audiences – micro, small, and enterprise clients (including government) – with a range of scalable solutions to meet the unique needs of each audience. From the outset, this consultative, scalable model has been core to our value proposition, and we continue to develop partnerships which enable us to offer innovative solutions to achieve this.
The fact that large organisations, such as CrossRoads Systems, Inc., are now willing to work with us to promote their capabilities in the Australian and Asia Pacific markets is indicative of just how far we’ve come over the past three years. These partnerships enable us to facilitate innovative, scalable solutions that support our customers to succeed and grow. For example, the ability to cost-effectively back up and archive corporate data locally for long periods of time has traditionally only been available to large organisations. Recognising a gap in the market, we developed a localised, cloud-service hosted model which is cost-effective for small-to-medium businesses, and enables them to be wholly compliant with Australian legal jurisdiction.
But, that’s not all. Encompassing software, hardware, storage systems, data centre systems, and network infrastructure, we have a range of scalable solutions which enable our clients to pick the right service model for them – buying it outright, as a service, or as a complete cloud service model.
If you visit the new Oper8 website
, you’ll see that it has been purpose-built, offering a unique customer journey for each of our audiences to effectively communicate the breadth of our capabilities. This is not just about offering what already exists in the marketplace, but rather creating innovative and out-of-the-box solutions in response to industry gaps.
In order to enable our customers’ growth, we too must grow the Oper8 team, so we’ve recently brought on two new staff members. Matthew Campbell is our new Sales Specialist, and has come from a mobile telephony background. He will be your primary sales contact and is available on email@example.com
or 0409417733. Secondly, Alexis Klestov has joined our Technical Support Team, offering superior technical support to our customers. He is available on firstname.lastname@example.org
or 1300516288. As a local, privately-funded IT company headquartered in Queensland, this growth is exciting and we plan to expand our team even further. Check out our Careers page
for further opportunities.
While our team, our partnerships, and our service offerings have expanded, our company philosophy remains the same, and the reason we named our company Oper8 still holds true – we’re all about helping you to best operate your IT investments in line with your unique needs. These new developments simply mean we’re able to do this better
, and our new brand and website brings the full breadth of our value proposition to life.
We look forward to supporting your business growth during this next exciting chapter.
