CA Pilot Program: What's Next for You?

Hi <<First Name>>,

We are driving into the third month of the California Road Charge Pilot Program! Since launching in July, participants have been proceeding with normal life while accumulating road charges with the various mileage reporting methods. At this point in the pilot, most participants have received their first ‘mock’ invoice. These invoices are an important element to the pilot and test how a road charge funding system could work.
Some participants have faced bumps in the road, and we thank you for your patience as we continue to streamline and enhance the user experience for all participants.

What's Next?

The countdown begins as we head towards the mid-point of the pilot. During the first two weeks of November, participants will have the opportunity to switch their Account Manager and/or reporting method. This optional switch (not a mandatory milestone) is available to participants who want to explore additional Account Manager features and reporting method options offered in the pilot.
More details about the Account Manager/reporting method switch will be provided in the next newsletter. In the meantime, please check out some of the added benefits from each Account Manager:

Not into monthly invoicing? There’s simplicity in purchasing a 90-day time permit option through CalSAM that allows participants the convenience to complete a simulated purchase, drive and have an automatic notification sent before the expiration of the permit. Now that is easy!

Interested in making driving both safe and fun? DriveSync provides a points-based, leader board system that participants can opt into to see how they rank compared to all DriveSync participants.

Curious about your car’s health? Azuga offers a weekly diagnosis for your car’s engine health and battery voltage level so you know whether your vehicle needs a check-up.
