Home Hill Greenhouse
Upper Volunteer Greenhouse
The  greenhouse on the top of Home Hill was used by the Knippenbergs to propagate rhododendron cuttings (left). Now it is known as the Upper Volunteer Greenhouse (right). Throughout every winter, a devoted group of volunteers weathers the elements to maintain the plants in both the Upper Volunteer Greenhouse, the Educational Greenhouse and in the Knippenberg Center.

A large number of plants will be propagated in both greenhouses over the winter and sold at the Annual Plant Sale on May 13th or be planted this spring into the Sensory Garden and other display areas throughout the arboretum.
