University of Cyprus students win energy-saving competition
Dormitory no. 9 of the University of Cyprus won first prize in the SAVES (Intelligent Energy Europe) project competition that challenged students to save energy. In total, dorm residents participating in the competition saved over 2.1 million kWh of electricity and 897 tons of CO2. Well done to all the students that made this happen! Read More...

During a ceremony held in the framework of the University's Dies Academicus on 3 June 2016, UNICA Secretary General Mrs Kris Dejonckheere received the Prize of the University of Lausanne for her ongoing commitment to strengthening the cooperation between member universities of the UNICA Network.
