<<First Name>>, This pandemic has shown us all many wonderful gifts we didn’t know existed. 
I quickly learned I had more ‘creative’ time if I streamlined my office hours! So....

My new office hours for bodywork are:
Tuesday-Thurs. 9-5 ish

It also has shown me how effective doing long distance healing with clients can be. In some ways this is easier and more efficient. I am offering distance healing on some Mondays and Fridays as well as my new regular office hours, Tue-Thurs. CALL TO SET UP A ZOOM OR PHONE CALL FOR THIS SERVICE 503-409-2772.

I'm grateful for the Jones Institute and Counterstrain Academy, where I learn the counterstrain work, for finding a way to carry on classes through the pandemic. I was able to attend the 3rd Annual Counterstrain Convention mid December 2020. I appreciated all the new techniques we learned for nourishing the spinal cord as well as the hands and feet.  These techniques also are VERY helpful for head injuries, old and new. My next class is in March! 😊😊😊You KNOW I love to learn!!

Now getting certified for coaching using the RECODE!

I'm getting certified in a coaching program that has a specific structure to help you achieve your desired reality (goal/target). What would you love to create, just because it would bring you joy? In this RECODE program, you'll learn tools to create your life, health, and wealth. It is not focused on fixing a problem. We are NOT broken and need to be fixed. We DO have beliefs, traumas, patterns, even ancestral ones, we carry. These invisible messages/codes affect us daily leaving us wondering why it is so difficult for us to makes the changes we desire to make. This process helps release the emotions, letting the memory’s turn into wisdom. It is gentle, efficient, and very effective. If you knew me, you'd know I’m all about efficiency!

Starting early February, I'll begin a 12-week coaching series with a group of people. Those attending will learn the structure for creation, we’ll clear the resistance in the way each week. Learn about true goals that include much more than your conscious mind can comprehend. Learn about your superconscious, conscious, and unconscious and the roles they play in your life. Stay tuned for more details! 

New healing space!

January 1st, I started seeing clients in my additional office, this one has a river view!  I'm keeping my other office space as well for the ‘business space’. I may be sharing office space in the future as well. Since an open house isn’t possible right now, here’s a video tour to share it with you!
