"New" is the best way to describe what’s happening with me in 2015. I have a new business name (formerly Unlimited Health, Inc.), a new website,  a new phone number 503-409-2772, a new assistant (Janet), and am now teaching classes! For news and information about ongoing work and new directions, check out my new website. You’ll find my latest blog, helpful information about health and bodywork, and information about classes for body workers, clients & general public. Coming soon to the website—information about doTerra oils, Kangen water and MultiPure water filters.

I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a healthful New Year! I look forward to working with you in 2016.

"The year 2015 has brought about more awareness for me regarding my larger mission in life. I always intend to work from a win cubed model not just win/win. Win cubed is my aim, it goes well beyond the intended interaction."

An example: If a client comes in for bodywork, there is an exchange for a service which makes it win/win. If they come in for bodywork and Kim can help make them aware of something about their body, mind or spirit that they can do for themselves and they then share that with another person which benefits that person and they share it...then Kim has learned something new by working with them that she then applies to other clients...well, that's WIN Cubed! It benefits beyond the original two people and affects the whole. Kim has amplified this concept even more with teaching accredited courses.
We'll be sharing a Win Cubed sample each month!

SOS: Sugar Overload Support

This is definitely the season we overload on sugar. To date, I have found the best thing to offset the sugar load is eat to protein and wait it out.

Ideally we don’t eat it as it is a neurotoxin. What does that mean? As it was described to me….

Tis’ the season to be stressed!
What can you do differently this holiday season to be less stressed? "The simplest thing I have found is to keep your blood sugar balanced by eating regularly and remember to breathe. We often sense tension in others and begin to hold our own breath which keeps us from finding our words and remaining calm," says Kim.

Robin Rose teaches people just how simple it is to remain calm when others are stressed.  Check out her information at: Kim has found her information to be life changing!

Why "8 Hands?"

From the beginning of my practice I wished I was an octopus so I could do several techniques at once. I especially feel like an octopus when doing cupping massage. Clients have described their experience as feeling as though there were 8 hands on them. Now, after 22 years of multiple trainings in a variety of modalities, I actually can do many bodywork techniques simultaneously, so the octopus logo really fits!
