Principal MatthewsPrincipal's Message

I just found out this is going to be the best year you ever had! You know why? Because you know Jesus Christ! Again the Lord has blessed LAA with two new students starting next week, bringing our total enrollment back to 95. Be prepared for field trips and upcoming events in our calendar like Acrofest and Andrews Basketball Tournament. We will also be continuing practice for ladies volleyball. Please make sure your son or daughter is reading (younger students should read out loud to you) at least 20 minutes three times per week. This will really enhance their verbal and comprehension skills. We will be back to full-time homework, quizzes and tests beginning next week, so be sure your student is getting plenty of rest. Blessings, and remember that only you can prevent forest fires!
David Matthews
