We love our carbs and we cannot lie. If you adore pasta like us, this hands-on pasta making class is bound to make your Italian noodle dreams come true! Freshly-made pasta is lighter, more delicate, and you will get to taste the difference between fresh and dry pasta after trying it out!

In this class, you will:
-Learn to make pasta dough from scratch
- Shape pasta from dough
-Make two simple sauces - tomato & pesto

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Polly was originally from Hong Kong and has lived in San Francisco and Shanghai before moving to Singapore. She studied culinary arts at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and audited culinary classes at Ritz Escoffier Ecole de Gastronomie Française, Paris.

Since young, she has been passionate about food. With her diverse background, she applies different cooking techniques to a variety of ingredients resulting in healthful and creative dishes suitable for both everyday and special occasions. She believes that cooking should be made available to everyone in a simple and enjoyable way!

If you are looking for a wholesome, delicious and versatile one-dish meal that's simple to prepare, quiche would be the answer. In this class, you will make two crusts with fillings of your choice.

all things French!
Featuring a three course set menu, the class will take you through the fine techniques needed to create the dishes. The class is suited for all experience levels; and both beginners and advanced learners will have something to take home from the class. 

MENU:
Appetizer: Scallop - remoulade sauce with caviar
Main : French duck breast rost - Sauce red wine cassis
Dessert : Crème brûlée


ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Daisuke Yoshikawa, known from his career in French Fine Dining, is the former Sous Chef of  2 Michelin-starred restaurant, Dominique Bouchet Tokyo. Now he is the exective chef at Ristorante Luka - serving up delicious Japanese - Italian fare.
