April is all about developing yourself!

We're excited to announce April is the month of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)!

This week we're focused on mid-level positions. However, each week we will move up the career ladder to see what skills you need to develop to progress in your career. Since most of our subscribers are in an HR or IT position, we've focused there first. But, we think the articles are worth reading even if you aren't in HR or IT to gain some ideas for development.
