Join us at Track Night!
Looking for an energetic group of runners and walkers to get a workout in with? Then look no further than Track Nights in Flint! These workouts are a new collaborative effort with the Crim, Complete Runner, and Primary Prevention Physiotherapy. All fitness levels are welcome! We hope to see you Wednesday nights at 6pm at the Flint Central Track starting today through the 45th HAP Crim Festival of Races! More info below:
Track Nights will be an open invitation style workout hosted weekly. All fitness levels and speeds are welcome! You'll get a different track workout every week. We'll provide the workout specifics, water, music, and more!
Flint Central Track (you can park either behind the Flint Public Library or in the Mott CC parking lot G)
Wednesdays at 6pm (workouts will wrap up by 7:30pm, including warm up/drills and post-workout hangout)
