Think of each class, as an appointment you have made with yourself. Getting out of bed is hardest part.... *

Cancel if you can't make it.
It is now super easy to cancel classes you can't make. This not only, gives you the opportunity to re-schedule, it allows others to fill your spot. (No one likes the waitlist). The iPhone app is easy, go to your account, my classes, select the class you cannot make - click 'cancel'. Click here for instructions.
Classes start on time.
We start classes on the dot. I encourage you to be there a few minutes early to set yourself up. If there is a class before you, you can wait in the foyer. We will be out on time.
Storage of bags, belongings.
To keep the studio free from bags, shoes etc. You can store any bags, shoes etc in the 'Piano Room’ or just outside the studio.
Toilets + change rooms.
Both venues have toilets. K2 also has change rooms if you need to shower etc.
Mats + Props Provided.
No need to bring a mat, everything provided.

Get grippy with us.
While I encourage and prefer grip socks, you are welcome to wear socks or work barefoot. Members get $10 MVMT grip socks for the first week of the challenge, so bring cash along and stock up!
