Dear Friends,

Welcome to this special edition of the Gut Microbiota for Health newsletter, all about our exciting upcoming event, the GMFH World Summit 2019! A scientific committee has taken care to put together a program that covers the most relevant issues about gut microbiota, diet, and nutrition in the field today.

Here are all the details about the 8th edition of the GMFH World Summit, which will be held in Miami on March 23 and 24, 2019. Dr. Gail Hecht (AGA Center for Gut Microbiome Research and Education Scientific Advisory Board, Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois), Co-Chair of the 2019 GMFH scientific committee, is overseeing a line-up of international scientific experts in the field of gut microbiota, and the committee has included exceptional speakers who can provide information about the gut microbiota, diet, and nutrition that health professionals can apply in their daily practice. Following on from the success of last year's gut microbiota & diet workshop, this year's summit will also feature a workshop on personalized nutrition, specifically designed for dietitians.

The early bird registration deadline for the conference is January 15, 2019! If you're a researcher, you can also submit your abstract for a poster presentation! The scientific committee will receive submissions until December 7, 2018.

Finally, check out the official GMFH World Summit 2018 report and the replay of the Gut Summit's plenary sessions.

We hope you'll register and join us in Miami to find out more about the latest developments in the field of gut microbiota!
