Corporation Park Bowling Club are holding an Open Day on Saturday 10th July in association with Corporation Park Supporters Group and The Bowls Partnership. Sessions teaching the basics of the game begin at 10am and continue throughout the day.

Newground Together are an approved provider for the Energy Redress Scheme. The scheme provides vouchers for clients in fuel poverty who are using pre-paid meters. Referrals must come from a partner agency. You can get a referral form here.

Grants to Black-led charities and social enterprises disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

Community Radio Fund - closes Friday 25th June
Grants to support the core costs of running Ofcom-licensed community radio stations that are currently broadcasting.

Duke of Devonshire's Charitable Trust - closes Friday 25th June
Grants for registered charities to deliver charitable causes and projects locally.

Thomas Wall Trust - Digital Skills 2021 Grants Programme - closes Friday 25th June
Grants for registered charities and not-for-profit organisations to support specific projects or core activities that support literacy, numeracy, digital and additional skills in order to increase employment prospects.

Elephant Trust - closes Sunday 27th June
Grants to artists, small organisations and galleries to make it possible for artists and those presenting their work to undertake and complete projects when frustrated by lack of funds.

Dan Maskell Tennis Trust - closes Tuesday 29th June
Grants to help disabled people play tennis through the purchase of wheelchairs, tennis equipment and grants for coaching.

Heart Research UK and SUBWAY Healthy Heart Grants - closes Tuesday 29th June
Grants for not-for-profit organisations to support new, original and innovative projects that actively promote a healthy heart and help to prevent, or reduce, the risk of heart disease in local communities.

Grants to smaller charities operating across the spectrum of social need.

Ford Britain Trust - closes Wednesday 30th June
Grants to not-for-profit organisations and schools for projects that benefit local communities.

Naturesave Trust - closes Wednesday 30th June
Grants to environmental and conservation groups for projects that deal with specific environmental and/or conservation issues, or community renewable energy projects.

Stop Loan Sharks Community Fund - closes Wednesday 30th June
Grants for local charities, community and voluntary groups, schools and statutory agencies for projects that target illegal money lending.

Toy Trust - closes Wednesday 30th June
Grants for registered charities undertaking projects to support disadvantaged and disabled children who are under 13 years of age.

UnLtd - Awards for Social Entrepreneurs - closes Wednesday 30th June
Funding and specialist support for social entrepreneurs to help them develop as social leaders, and to start up or grow their idea for a social venture.

Windrush Community Fund - closes Wednesday 30th June
Grants for charities, community or grassroots organisations for projects which raise awareness of the Windrush Scheme (documentation), the Windrush Compensation Scheme or both.
