Blackburn with Darwen Healthy Living celebrates after receiving National Lottery funding
On Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Saturday 19th March, SPAR stores across the UK have invited British Red Cross to collect at their stores for the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Appeal. They are looking for 32,000 volunteers across the UK to volunteer for two hours at their local store.

Lancashire Mind are offering a virtual Supporting People in Mental Health course which covers a basic awareness of mental health conditions, exploring the practical use of WEMWBS and self-care when supporting those with a mental health condition. Upcoming dates are: -
► Monday 4th April;
► Monday 11th April;
► Wednesday 20th April; and
► Wednesday 27th April.

OK Rehab specialises in local drug and alcohol rehab and addiction treatment. This treatment is available via both inpatient and outpatient treatment providers. They also work with clinics that are able to facilitate treatment taking place in your own home, who are able to provide professional intervention and home detoxification.
